Technical description:
Boilers of welded execution of horizontal arrangement with bag flue tube with one irradiated and one connective draft. During the burning the mixture of fuel-air led concentrically to the flue tube turns on or before its closing bottom and led to the return band along the flue tube mantle, then the flue gas shall be exhausted - through the smoke tubes having spining elements, and representing the connective heating surface- through the chimney. The frontal door of the return band is produced with or without cooling and can be opened toward the two directions.
In the flue gas exhausting pipe end an adjustable butterfly damper shall be placed. The boiler is a semi-stationary installation equipped with a base frame of a character of expansion pad.
The heat insulation of the boiler consists of rock wool layer of a thickness of 100 mm and its coverage is an aluminium sheet fixed with rivets. This above ensures an irradiation loss of 1 % together with the inner heat insulation of the return band and the flue gas exhaust pipe.
The control of the stoking equipment of the boiler by thermostats shall ensure automatic operation. Fuel oil or town or natural gas may operate the boiler.
Scope of the delivery:
Boiler body mounted on base frame equipped with heat insulation, sheet coverage and fine fittings according to the machine book with thermostats, with block oil or gas stoking equipment provided with three points regulation.
