Technical description:
Steel plate boilers of welded structure, arranged horizontally, equipped with flue and smoke tube system with one irradiated
and two convective drafts. The furnace chamber is a Fox type simple or corrugated fire-tube stiffened by ring, which is connected
in its entirety to the return band cooled with water. In the flue tube the flue burns out perfectly before reaching the return
band. The flue gas flows from the furnace chamber trough the smoke tubes of the second, convective draft to the special return
band welded on the front part of the tube plate. The smoke tubes of the third draft are placed beside the second draft, left and right, from which the flue gas flows to the chimney through the flue gas collector installed at the end of the boiler.
The function of the superheater is to increase the temperature of the saturated steam produced by the steam
boiler. The superheater shall be built into the special return band connecting the second and third draft of the boiler which
consists of two bundles of tubes connected in series to each other. The bundles of tubes installed in the clamp cover may be
placed in the slot formed on the two sides of the return band. The cover is connected to the return band with intermediate
sealing material and fixed by screws and closed smoke-tightly.
The superheater of the boiler producing superheated steam of a temperature of 230-240 oC is executed with straight tubes.
The chamber including the bundles of tubes is placed on the top of the special return band by the insertion of a sealing
material in which the deflection of the flue gas among the bundle of tube is solved by deflection plates
On the front part of the return band doors are placed by the opening of which the condition of the bundles of tubes may be
controlled. The main stream pipe end of the boiler body and the superheater is connected without closing section, thus the
safety valves of the boiler ensure the security of the superheater. The stream discharge pipe end of the superheater is closed
by a gate valve. For the control of the temperature and the pressure suitable instruments shall be built in.
As far as its other structural characteristics are concerned the stream boiler produced with superheater corresponds to the
basic execution. The waterside control and cleaning of the boiler may be fulfilled by the use of the manhole and the wash out
slot placed on both two side of the boiler barrel.
The heat insulation of the boiler consists of rock wool layer of a thickness of 140 mm and its coverage is an aluminium sheet
fixed with rivets. This above ensures an irradiation loss of 1 % together with the inner heat insulation of the return band
and the flue gas exhaust pipe.
The boiler may be operated with fuel oil, gas or combined stoking.
Term of delivery:
The time of delivery is 1-3 monts counted from the order or signing a contract, a negotiation is possible in case of pressing order.
Warranty:
24 months from the putting into operation within 30 months from the date of delivery which may be modified according to the contract.
